Soaring

Creating What’s Next
When you begin living fully

Designing the life you want

Soaring is the third level of the Soar Beyond Grief Model™.

This stage is for widows and widowers who are ready to actively create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling to them.

Grief may still be part of your story, but it’s no longer leading the way.

You might be in Soaring if…

  • You have a stronger sense of who you are becoming
  • You’re thinking about what you want your life to look like
  • You feel ready to focus on what’s possible now
  • You want to create a life that feels good and true to you
  • You’re open to new experiences and possibilities
  • You’re no longer defining yourself only by what you’ve lost

If this sounds like you, Soaring may be where you are right now.

What Soaring Is About

Soaring is about creating a life that feels good to live.

This is where:

  • you begin making intentional choices about how you want to live
  • you start paying attention to what brings meaning into your life
  • you create from who you are now, not who you used to be
  • your life starts to feel fuller, richer, and more expansive

This stage isn’t about erasing grief. It’s about choosing how you want to live from here.

How I support you in Soaring

In Soaring, our work centers on creating and living the life you want, in a way that feels aligned with who you are now.

Together, we focus on:

  • reconnecting with what brings you meaning, enjoyment, and purpose
  • clarifying what you want more of in your life
  • making choices that align with who you are now
  • continuing to move forward in ways that feel supportive and right for you
  • exploring new possibilities without guilt or pressure

This is a stage of creating, not fixing what’s already happened.

Life is to be lived even after significant loss. Annette provided me with tools on how to move forward after 26 years of living a life with my husband. And how I could create a new life for myself without forgetting my love for him but bringing him with me for the ride. She provided a safe place with other Widows/Widowers to share my thoughts. I now know the best way to honor my husband, is to live presently

Thank you Annette, I will always be eternally grateful.

You get to choose what comes next

Soaring isn’t a finish line.
It’s an ongoing way of living.

You’re allowed to want more. You’re allowed to build a life you love. I

If Soaring feels like where you are right now, this is a place where you can begin designing and creating your life in a way that feels true to you.

As your life continues to expand

The Soar Beyond Grief Model™ is designed as a path you move through over time.

Each level has its own focus and support. As people complete a level, they often feel ready to step into the next level and continue building their life from there.

The work is designed to move forward with you, not keep you stuck in one place.

Even in Soaring, support doesn’t stop.
As your life, desires, and sense of direction continue to evolve, there are ways to stay supported and guided through what comes next.

This work is here to walk with you as your life continues to unfold and grow.

Wherever you are, you don’t have to navigate this alone

You’re invited to start with the level that fits where you are right now.

And if you’re unsure which level that is, that’s okay too. I’d love to talk with you and help you understand where you are on your journey and what kind of support would feel most helpful right now.
