I know how it feels to lose the love of your life.<\/p>\n

In 2015, I unexpectedly became a widow after losing my husband, Ron. We were married for 22 years and had 5 beautiful children.<\/p>\n

That moment changed everything.
Life looked different, and I began learning how to live within that new reality. I rebuilt my life and, through that journey, discovered a deep calling.<\/p>\n

Today, my work is centered on walking beside widows and widowers as they reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and begin creating lives that feel meaningful and true to who they are.<\/p>\n

I bring over a decade of experience in grief support, healing, and spiritual growth. My path began with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing and has expanded through years of training and study. Along the way, I became a Certified Coach, a Certified Grief Educator, a Certified Transpersonal Coach, a Life Mastery Consultant, and a DreamBuilder Coach. I\u2019m also a Reiki Master, a Certified Stress Management Coach and Instructor, a Law of Attraction Coach, and a Life Reentry Practitioner.<\/p>\n

All of this comes together in the way I guide widows and widowers through this work.<\/p>\n
