How the Soar Beyond Grief Model\u2122<\/strong> works<\/p>\n

My work is guided by the Soar Beyond Grief Model\u2122<\/strong>, a three-level framework I developed to support widows and widowers at different points in their life after loss. Rather than a single program or one starting point, this model offers three distinct levels \u2014 The Nest, Rising, and Soaring \u2014 each designed for a different place on the journey.<\/p>\n

Every level has its own focus, approach, and ways to work together. You don\u2019t need to start at the beginning or fit yourself into a specific box. You begin with the level that reflects where you are right now, and over time, you can naturally move through the levels as your life unfolds. This page is here to give you a simple overview of those levels, so you can recognize yourself and explore what feels like the right next step.<\/p>\n

My work is designed to meet you there. I\u2019ve created a gentle, heart-led approach that supports widows and widowers through life after loss – from having a safe place to land, to rising into yourself again, to living fully and expansively.<\/p>\n
